Refunds
A 50% advance is required to confirm the booking at Ebb & Flow Jungalows. The balance 50% is required 7 days before check in during the months of February to November.
During the peak season months of December and January 100% of the booking will be charged.
To make avail of special offers and rates the deposit is non refundable. This will be outlined in the offer details.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any bank charges incurred during the initial purchase. You refund will be less bank

Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
