Ebb & Flow Jungalow’s quirky and authentic take on exploring the top bars and restaurants of the South Sri Lanka. Picture yourself zooming (and rattling) down the coast in a Sri Lankan tuk tuk blasting your favorite songs… hopping off at 4 gorgeous surprise locations. The bars are an eclectic mix of local, laid back and chic spots, all chosen by a local expat host (Verity – Co-Owner of Ebb and Flow Jungalows) who knows the very best tipples at each place!
5,000 rupees or $35 USD ( per person to cover transport to and from bars, waiting time and back to Ebb & Flow. Also water and snacks (french fries!) to help soak up the alcohol on our journey! Tipple tours can be arranged 2 people or more! *If one person the rate is 7,000 rupees or $48 USD.
Starting at 3pm and finishing up no later than 9pm. We usually have dinner at the legendary Bedspace in Unawatuna (if they are open) – 2,000 rupees for a shared platter and local cocktail! A laid back way to wind down after adventuring.
- Towel and swimwear! (in case you want a dip)
- Iphone/ipod with your fav tunes (to plug into the tuktuk)
- Money – for the drinks of your choice! and for dinner.
- A sense of adventure!
TIP – bring your swimmers as a lot of the places visited include swimming pools or natural beach swimming pools.

WHAT PAST GUESTS SAY:
“We loved the Tuk Tuk Tipple tour – it was a great way to see the most beautiful scenery and bars. The recommended cocktails delicious. The ride between the bars was fun, with the loud music and open air of the Tuk Tuk. My favourite place was the one in the photo. Thanks for the memories and the giggles” (Amber Cher Gregory)
“A sunset whirlwind of fun and loads of laughter. So many amazing places to see. Perfectly recommended cocktails at each stop. Fond memories and will definitely do it again – Thanks Verity Mace and TT Tipple Tours – you rock !!” (Michelle Petzer Hobson)
“The TTTT’s main ingredient is Verity Mace ,let’s just make that clear. Add a touch of crazy, well, at least the driving.. Some Srilankan tunes ‘blaring’ and a well recommended list of tropical cocktails and you may start getting a glimpse of what you’re in for. I’ve been going to Lanka for over 10 years and it took this tour to open my eyes to some of the hidden gems available down south. Bar hopping on a tuktuk, racing to catch the sunset on a tropical island with a bunch of fun peeps.. #goodtimes #sickvibes “(Mido Oraibi)
“The Tuk Tuk Tipple Tour was hilarious and ridiculously fun from start to finish. We were lucky enough to have some fabulous jungalow guests to share drinks and stories with. Even a little tropical rain couldn’t dampen our spirits! All thanks to the lovely Verity Mace…. ! Can’t recommend highly enough”(Alice Fletcher)
